About Me

I’m a multidisciplinary front-end developer and designer with 7+ years of experience building user interfaces, design systems, and digital products. I focus on delivering accessible, scalable, and maintainable interfaces with strong design sensibility.

I’ve led cross-functional teams, mentored developers, and shipped products from idea to launch. I care deeply about user experience, clean design, and thoughtful engineering.

Founder / Designer / Senior Developer
envx — Dec 2020 to Present

  • Breeze: AI-powered checklist generator, built for macOS using Svelte, Tauri, TypeScript, some Rust, TailwindCSS.
  • Kleea: macOS instant note-taking app, fully driven by keyboard shortcuts, allows users to jot down ideas without losing focus. Same tech stack as Breeze.
  • 3D Icon customization on the web (for designers and marketers) built for the web using React, Three.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS.
  • Spearheaded design and development of internal tools and experiments; built modern interfaces using Svelte, React, Tailwind CSS (and other techs depending on needs) and custom UI components.

Lead Front-End Developer (Consultant)
Tech Horizon Ventures through envx — 1 yr 2 mo.

  • Dhyafatech: Spearheaded the entirety of the technical side of the project, interface design and development, system administration and server vitals monitoring, DevOps,
  • Emaratech: Navigated an established project with low coding standards, reworked most of the user-facing frontend and the administration interfaces.
  • Assisted junior and mid-level developers on my team on a variety of other projects.
  • Led front-end architecture and component library design for multiple web platforms.
  • Collaborated closely with back-end and UI/UX teams (when available) to ensure the success of the projects.
  • Brought new ideas and initiatives to improve development efficiency and usability. For example, an idea that wasn’t implemented is creating a centralized knowledge base for developers that hosts our documentation, FAQ, server crash reports, and solutions.

Front-End Developer (Consultant)
Tayara Group (tayara.tn) through envx — 8 months

  • Audited and optimized a large-scale web platform, improving performance and consistency.
  • Rebuilt the entirety of the front-end interfaces from the ground up based on interfaces provided by a UI designer.
  • Ensured cross-browser compatibility, simplicity for the most basic Tunisian user, and page load speeds to support humble networks and old devices.

Front-End Developer
Wevioo — 1 year

  • Built responsive layouts and reusable logic for financial dashboards and government platforms.
  • Developed front-end for complex admin platforms, civil engineering apps and multi-tenant eCommerce websites.
  • Worked on government projects with RTL layouts, multiple themes (not just light and dark), and localization requirements.
  • Contributed to a GPS-tracking and vitals monitoring interface for Isle of Man TT races.

Front-End Developer (Consultant)
Re-Search Light (Health Advisory/Patient Support Services) — 8 months

  • Designed and built a CMS platform from scratch, handling both the interface and overall structure.
  • Acted as the main technical point of contact, translating non-technical stakeholder input into a fully functional product.
  • Built all components from the ground up using React and Styled Components.
